With 23 years in the Insurance business, Bob Archer formed this FMO in 2012, after coming off a 5 1/2 year stint as an Area Sales Manager with Humana in Oklahoma.

“I was prompted to start this group when I noticed that most FMO’s had no local leadership, no local offices and ineffective training”, says Archer.

Our FMO started with 25 Agents in the Tulsa area and a single kiosk at a local mall.

Today, we support over 300 Agents throughout 15 states with 11 Managers and 4 retail locations in offices in OKC, Tulsa, Norman & Fayetteville, Arkansas - all located in Regional Shopping Malls.

Our prime goal is to provide tools for our Agents to learn, quote and enroll our customers in Health, Life and Medicare plans.

We staff clinics and malls, throughout the year and are effective at a number of lead-generation programs.

Well, Bob started The Tulsa Praise Orchestra, a Gospel Big Band, in 1995. They perform concerts throughout the nation in churches, festivals and concert halls.

The group is a 20 piece Big Band and includes a 14 voice singing group.

Many of Bob’s personal Medicare clients frequently attend their concerts.
